Health and Fitness  Background by Gibby Chasse:

I was first introduced to strength training 19 years ago while playing Junior Hockey. At that time training was focused more on the offseason than regular season. After my short hockey career I continued to train except the seasons changed, I was now training for Fastball in the summer. In the Fall of 2000 I entered my first Powerlifting competition. Since then I have set five Provincial Benchpress records and one National Benchpress record.

Along with competing I enjoy watching strength competitions and am always amazed at the feats of strength that are accomplished. I believe that if one puts their mind to it and has the discipline to train at the highest level then anything can be achieved.

Away from the gym I enjoy spending time with my wife and two kids. As a family we like to spend time camping, fishing and travelling back and forth to all the seasonal sports the kids are involved in, ball, hockey, karate to name a few.
My short-term goals for lifting include being competitive at the National level in all lifts, and hopefully being able to increase my total in all three lifts.

For meals I don't follow a strict diet, I basically eat whatever-whenever. I keep into account the simple carbs but for the most part I just eat. We have home-cooked meals 6 days a week with one day to treat the kids and dad at the local burger bar. I eat three main meals a day with snacks in between. If I feel I need something extra in my diet I will usually take it in through liquids.

From this study I am looking forward to seeing and feeling the results that Udo's Choice oil Blend will produce.
