"The
oil (Udo's Choice® Oil Blend) makes me recover faster. I'm not
tired when I wake up in the morning, nor sore. In fact, I feel energetic
and ready to train yet a day. It also makes my muscles more relaxed
and there is little soreness after training. Also, I don't get to
the stage where I feel burnt out, even when I train very hard. Also,
my knees have stopped bothering me.
In my last fight against Frederik Alvarez for the IBA and WBA middleweight
world championships, I was still able to go out and "explode"
in the 11th round to knock him out."
