Dave's film career includes Casino Royale, A Clockwork Orange, Carry on Henry and the first (and the best) three Star Wars movies.

TV dramas include Jean Genet's The Balcony, Shakespeare's As You Like It, R.F. Delderfield's A Horseman Riding By and The Rose Medalion.

Dave had the pleasure of working with some great people - directors, Stanley Kubrick, George Lucas, Russ Meyer, Irving Kershner, Terry Gilliam and Terence Fisher.  International stars such as Arnold Schwarzeneggar, David Niven, Orson Welles, Peter Sellers, Ursula Andress, Harrison Ford, Debbie Reynolds, Max Wall, Michael Palin, John Cleese, Diana Dors, Peter Cushing, Malcolm McDowell, and Sir Alec B. Guinness.

Career culminated in two outstanding roles - playing Darth Vader in Star Wars, Empire Strikes Back, and Return of the Jedi and becoming the figurehead of the British Government's Child Pedestrian Road Safety Campaign - The Green Cross Code Man.  This contract lasted 14 years and saved over 250,000 children's lives.

Dave was the first person to sell Speedo swimwear to the sports trade.  He published his own magazines - Power and Fitness and Health.

Dave opened his first gym at the Borough, London 1969 that ran for over 30 years.  He opened his second gym opposite the House of Commons and the third gym in the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London.
 

Dave Prowse of the Darth Vader fame in the film "Star Wars", presented the prizes for the bikini winners and has quite a handful here.

Described by the Sunday Times as The World's No. Personal Trainer.  Celebrity clients included Albert Finney, Shane Richie, Craig McClouglin, Robert Powell, Daniel Day Lewis, Cary Elwes, Sandra Dickson, and former Prime Minister Edward Heath.  Dave was a personal trainer to the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia - HRH Prince Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdul Azziz.

Dave trained Christopher Reeve for his role in Superman putting over 40 lbs (20 kilos) of good healthy muscle on him in six weeks.

Dave entered show biz in 1964 in a play at the Mermaid Theater.  He appeared in his first TV series - The Saint and first film - Casino Royale in 1967  Dave went on to do 23 movies and hundreds of TV appearances.
